About the website

The website describes AssemblyLoop, our services and our past work. Its content is general information, not an offer. Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or services contract. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Enquiries

When you contact us, please give accurate information and only share material you have the right to share. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to enter into one. Please do not send confidential information before a non-disclosure agreement is in place; we are happy to sign one on request. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, the AssemblyLoop name and logos, design and code — are owned by AssemblyLoop or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Client names, product names, screenshots and trademarks shown in case studies belong to their respective owners and appear with permission, to illustrate our work.

You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit its content, or use our name or logos, without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the website, including by sending automated or bulk submissions through the enquiry form;
• upload or transmit malware or any other harmful code;
• scrape or harvest content or contact details for commercial use;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Third-party links

The website links to sites and services we do not control, such as client websites, app stores, code repositories and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Case studies describe specific projects delivered for specific clients; they are not a promise of similar results for another project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssemblyLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the website as a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
