Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what personal information AssemblyLoop collects when you visit assembly-loop.com or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep collection to what we need to answer you and run the site: no analytics, no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
AssemblyLoop is a software development company based in Cairo, Egypt. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@assembly-loop.com or on +20 155 436 5510.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the project enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the type of project you select, and the brief you write. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include, along with your email address or phone number.
Information collected automatically. With each form submission we record the time it was sent, the language of the page, and your browser’s user-agent string (which describes the browser and operating system). Your IP address is used briefly in server memory to stop repeated or automated submissions; it is not stored with your enquiry. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, requested page, time and browser) to operate and secure the service.
What we do not collect. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels or fingerprinting, and we do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through this website. Please do not send us sensitive personal information in a brief.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, understand your project and prepare an estimate or proposal.
- To communicate with you about a project you have asked us about or engaged us for.
- To keep the website and the enquiry form secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you, and we will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR or Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) apply, we rely on: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (answering your enquiry); our legitimate interests in running a secure website and communicating with prospective and existing clients; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses that our providers offer.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and discuss your project. If the enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep project correspondence for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as legal, tax or accounting rules require. Hosting logs are kept only for the short periods set by our hosting provider.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on our server and forwarded to storage with a secret that never reaches your browser, and access to stored enquiries is limited to the AssemblyLoop team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing;
- complain to a data protection authority, such as Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Center or the authority where you live or work.
Making a request
To use any of these rights, email info@assembly-loop.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Case studies may link to client websites, app stores and code repositories. Those sites are run by others and have their own privacy policies; this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
